Job Title: Parts Advisor


We are currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right parts for their RV's or campers and ensuring that they receive the highest level of service.


Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in finding the right parts for their trailers

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing recommendations

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked

- Process orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner

- Work closely with the service department to ensure that parts are available when needed

- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and trends


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in the automotive/dealership industry preferred

- Strong customer service skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
