Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Billing Analyst to join our dynamic team at iDrive Logistics. As a Billing Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. You will reconcile billing discrepancies, analyze financial data, develop process improvements and support the overall billing function.

Responsibilities:

1. Billing Management:
   • Generate and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
   • Ensure timely billing and submission of invoices to clients.
   • Monitor billing cycles and follow up on overdue payments.
   • Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Reconciliation and Analysis:
   • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
   •  Reconcile billing data with contracts, and shipping records.
   • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement solutions and prevent recurring billing issues.
3. Client and Vendor Relations:
   • Serve as a point of contact for billing inquiries and escalations from clients and vendors.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth billing processes.
   • Address client/vendor concerns regarding billing accuracy and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
4. Process Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and enhance efficiency.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
   • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in billing and revenue management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Management, or related field, preferred.
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
