Seeking a talented Chef to manage all kitchen operations for The Pearl Oyster Bar
Qualifications
- 5 years supervisory role in fine dining establishment
- A.O.S. Culinary Degree preferred
- High volume, complex food service operation experience
- Experience creating menus, recipes and procedures
- Provide Direction for all day-to-day kitchen operations
- Ensure exceptional food quality, utilizing superior products with an emphasis on presentation and flavor
- Manage departmental controllable expenses
- Develop a quality culinary team through requiting and internal development
- Ensure food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
