Marketing Lead

Fire and Ice Heating & Air Conditioning has been providing HVAC services to the Columbus and surrounding area for over 20 years We are looking to add a skilled Marketing Lead to our growing team. The ideal candidate has a solid background of developing and implementing marketing programs to increase sales and revenue for a Company.

Hours of Work: Monday Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional nights and weekends

Pay: $70,000+ per year dependent on experience

Essential Duties

  • Oversee the implementation and planning of the company's marketing policies, programs, and campaigns; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such plans
  • Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques.
  • Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
  • Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
  • Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
  • Consults with staff to understand goals and scope of the desired marketing program.
  • Analyzes existing website traffic and internet activity related to the company and products.
  • Develops innovative strategies to attract customers to the company's brand through various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
  • Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.
  • Reports campaign results to management, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities.
  • Assists with development of the organizations website to ensure its efficiency and efficacy.
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff
  • Oversee the daily workflow of marketing department

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field.
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • Ability to implement marketing plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
  • Email marketing experience, including planning and executing mass email campaigns and tracking results to measure success.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
  • Proficiency with popular social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest.
  • Experience preparing and presenting analytical reports that quickly communicate operational status and progress toward goals.
  • Demonstrated project management experience in a collaborative environment.
  • Well versed in project management strategies and tools.
  • Experience creating and maintaining complex content calendars.
  • Analytical reporting experience across multi-platform campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, always bringing humor, tact, and professionalism.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to shifting company priorities and manage multiple projects.
  • Must pass drug and background screens.
