Technology Skills
Competence in Microsoft Office applications and ability to use a variety of computer applications and platforms. Ability to use basic office equipment. Knowledge and experience in using a computer-based student Information Management system.
Safety Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirments
- Bachelor’s degree Required
- Masters degree Preferred
- Missouri Substitute Certification Required
- Valid Missouri Teacher Certification content specific to role applied for, Strongly Preferred or willingness to become certified ASAP.
- 3+ years of teaching experience Preferred
- Satisfactory completion of criminal records check, pre-hire and annually thereafter, if applicable.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide work authorization.
Starting Salary: From $48,000 annually based on experience to learn more, check out our career pathways
Available Bonuses up to $5,500 :
- High Need Subject : $1,000
- Content Certified: $1,500
- Masters Degree in Physical Science: $ 1,500
- Signing Bonus: $1,500 ( must sign within the first 3 days of the offer )

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 7:30am- 4:00pm
- Some weekends and evenings will be required
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Saint Louis, MO 63118: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). Please note, this is not a remote position. All Kairos teachers are required to deliver in-person instruction onsite, in our school in St. Louis.
