Position Overview: Juvly Aesthetics is on the lookout for a highly motivated Medical Aesthetician and Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty, along with the necessary skills to provide exceptional client service and drive retail sales of our medical-grade skincare products. This role will initially focus on providing retail and customer support, and assisting with office tasks. Spa procedures will be performed as well. As the business allows and as spa service bookings increase, the role will expand to include training on additional medical aesthetic procedures. This role provides an opportunity to be involved in several facets of our work—upholding our commitment to safety, excellence, and customer satisfaction, while playing a crucial role in assisting our providers and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on new products, ingredients, benefits, and proper usage.

Client Education: Actively engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and confidently recommend products that will achieve desired results.

Retail Sales: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for retail product sales.

Front Desk: Process product sales transactions and maintain accurate inventory records. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and visually appealing retail area.

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. Provide personalized recommendations and treatment plans.

Skincare Treatments: Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning.

Collaboration: Collaborate with medical team members and support staff, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to patient care.

Qualifications:

Aesthetician license in Florida

Certification or training in medical aesthetics

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Aesthetician in a skincare setting preferred

Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends

Strong sales abilities with the drive to meet and exceed sales goals

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Proficiency in performing a variety of skincare and non-surgical cosmetic procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
