Job Description Veteran Government Services (VGS) is seeking an experienced Humana Tri-Care remote training instructor to provides remote training for new Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Must already have completed Humana trainer certification. Candidate must have experience in remote training: excellent communication skills: and the ability to convey a positive and professional image to trainees and customers.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct classroom training (and virtual training when agents are deployed using work-from-home WAH tools and systems for our clients) on customer service processes and techniques, enhancements, etc. for all new and tenured associates as needed.

Train CSRs on entry and advanced Tri-Care contact center skills. Through education, observation, coaching and motivation, the Trainer will guide students through successful completion of the training.

Manage testing and performance for all new hires while in training.

Provide daily and weekly updates on the status of students in training

Required Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following: Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English. Strong interpersonal skills. An at-home office that is free of normal household distractions High-speed Internet access. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Must reside in Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, Kentucky, or Texas.
