Job description

Are you looking to be part of a care team that appreciates the hard work that you do each and every day? We are currently hiring for an RN or LPN for 3rd Shift in a private home. Weekend schedule with Premium pay offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on a personalized Plan of Care
  • Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed.
  • Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

Requirements:

  • Current valid RN or LPN license
  • Reliable transportation and valid automobile license and insurance
  • CPR Certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross
  • Background checks and references required
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job
  • Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality

Job Type: Part-time/PRN

Salary: $26.00-34.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Saturday and Sunday overnights 11 PM- 7 AM Every Other Weekend
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Healthcare: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License and Auto Insurance (Required)
  • Indiana or Compact LPN license (Required)
