Residential Carpentry Superintendent/Foreman

We are growing DeLeers Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent/Foreman to join our growing team. The Superintendent will be the primary point of contact in the field for one (or multiple) of our unique design build projects. Working on site with our team leads (framing, siding, finishing, masonry, concrete) and coordinating with our project managers in the office to ensure projects are completed on time and providing general support to our on-site crews. Most projects are high end residential projects and some light commercial projects. Many of our projects are in beautiful Door County

What DeLeers Construction can offer you
The Superintendent position is an hourly (non-exempt) role. The starting rate is posted at $40+ per hour depending on your experience level. There will also be travel pay, daily per diem for overnight travel, and DeLeers will pay for overnight accommodation. Superintendents will also receive a company cell phone, computer, and vehicle to use for any work-related travel once trained. We also provide a full benefit package including health, dental, and life insurance, 401K with match and a company profit share program.

- Understanding of OSHA policies and procedures.
- Working knowledge of all trades and building codes.

- Organize and delegate work effectively and efficiently.
- Understand Lean principles and Continuous Improvement tools and processes.
