DutiesWill be processing, auditing, and evaluating invoices for correct billingCreating reports in Excel and analyzing data.Will be responsible for data entry, tracking information, and following through.
Managing records; filing, labeling, and recording
Experience
2+ years prior administrative office experience requiredProficiency and experience in Excel, including data analysis - exporting data, calculations, use of filters, sorting, graphs, etc.
Experience with MS Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
Operations experience preferredHigh school degree or equivalent required
Associate's degree preferredAccounts payable experience a plus.
Work Requirements
Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary
Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers, trade partners, and coworkers to reinforce goodwill
and profitability for the company
