POSITION PURPOSE

Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Program Outcomes Specialist for our Domestic Violence Services (DVS) Program. The Program Outcomes Specialist ensures that DVS is reporting accurate and complete data and communicating program outcomes to funders, survivors, and community stakeholders. They coach staff to align with and achieve this goal, and champion DVS’ trauma-informed whole-system change initiative.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate timely and accurate data and reports for monthly, quarterly and annual reports due to funders.
  • Work with the Director and Assistant Director to ensure compliance with state and federal grant requirements.
  • Work with DVS staff to align data entry with best practices and applicable standards.
  • Develop a training program for client database and lead efforts to train and coach staff members on effective, accurate and timely use of the organization’s client database and other relevant systems.
  • Champion the DVS trauma-informed initiative and support staff to develop the skills to deliver services and support one another in a RICH (respect, information, connection, hope) manner.
  • Perform quality control checks on client and program data and establish & measure output goals and measurable program outcomes aligned with trauma-informed work, best practices, and PCADV, VOCA and other funders’ standards.
  • Lead in the development of strategies to communicate DVS’ impact to the community and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain the necessary systems, processes and tools to support internal and external goals and standards. Assist with systems improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of advocacy, fundraising and community outreach efforts.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION, & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, project administration & management, or a related field, AND/OR equivalent education and experience.
  • 2-4 years’ experience with Microsoft Office programs, including strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to coach and teach others.
  • Social justice mindset. Strong desire to participate in an empowering culture that celebrates diversity.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
