Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Quality NDE Level II Technician to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on materials and components, ensuring they meet industry standards for quality and safety. In this role, you'll conduct and interpret tests using methods such as ultrasonic, radiographic, and magnetic particle testing. Your expertise will be essential in identifying flaws and maintaining the integrity of our products. Responsibilities:
  • Perform NDE inspections on materials and finished welds to ensure quality.
  • Generate inspection reports and weld maps as needed.
  • Verify calibration of welding and testing equipment for compliance.
  • Review work order documentation to confirm adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Assist in improving NDE procedures and address non-conformance issues.
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must have experience in mechanical inspection within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO and API compliance regulatory requirements is essential.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-conformities.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests and background checks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with production and quality teams.
