Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated Engineer in Training to join our team. This position presents an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals to gain hands-on experience in sustainable engineering practices. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, the Engineer in Training will play a crucial role in various projects, assisting with design, analysis, and implementation tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of sustainable engineering projects.
2. Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support project objectives related to environmental impact and sustainability.
3. Participate actively in project meetings, contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
5. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project findings and recommendations.
6. Learn and adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices for sustainable engineering.
7. Take initiative to expand technical knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
8. Support the team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to achieve project goals.

 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

- Willingness and ability to drive to different sites. Must have reliable transportation. 
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in sustainable engineering practices.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in a relevant field is advantageous.
