Our client is seeking ambitious, talented, and self-motivated individuals to join their team as Management Trainees. Full training is provided, so no prior experience or specific education is required. However, successful candidates are often self-motivated, forward-thinking, great with people, and eager to grow and advance their careers.
Management Trainee Role
Initially, this will be an entry-level sales and marketing role, mastering the basics of sales, marketing, and customer experience. Day to day your role is packed Sales training, customer meetings, presentations, closing sales. Let’s get back to living
You will then take on more responsibility, motivating and managing a small team, conducting training, and ensuring all sales targets are met.
Your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings
Responsibilities
- Acquiring new clients for the company's products and taking ownership of the sales pipeline.
- Partner with senior manager to ensure quality sales, and customer service and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities
- Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
- Monitor customer and client satisfaction, and quality assurance, reporting any problems
- Conduct sales, customer service, and marketing on behalf of clients

You will need to be competitive, willing to get stuck into whatever projects come your way, resourceful, and self-motivated. You will also need to be okay with starting out in entry-level sales and earning your development opportunities based on individual merit.
