An exterior specialist is responsible for knowing and performing all necessary installation procedures for Sea Island Residential's Seamless Gutter Division. The Installer will also maintain awareness of, and assist in, the maintenance of Sea Island Residential's tools and equipment. Further, in order to maximize the operational efficiency of the Gutter Division, the Installer will assist in maintaining appropriate material inventory. Finally, the Gutter Installer must always uphold the highest standards of professionalism and personal character in our industry, representing Sea Island Residential in a positive manner amongst our customers and the general public.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare truck, trailer, gutter machine and all other tools and equipment prior to each job
• Install seamless gutters and all associated accessories and hardware with the highest quality workmanship

• Interact with all Customers with professionalism, punctuality, and integrity
• Perform routine and ad hoc maintenance on all trucks, trailers, gutter machines and tools & equipment in a preemptive manner so as to maintain the most efficient operations
• Communicate with Sea Island Residential's leadership on all supply chain matters, including procurement, so as to maintain the most efficient operations
• Knock on the doors of our Customers' neighbors to introduce yourself, give them a card and ask them to call if they need anything
• Participate in any educational opportunities throughout the year sponsored by Sea Island Residential
