Sr. Resistance/Spot Welder

This position is 2nd Shift Monday - Friday

• Performs basic welding.
• Performs welding of parts and/or assemblies subject to pressure test and/or fluorescence penetrant. Part and/or subassemblies of light gauge material under the guidance of Sr. Welder or Lead Welder.
• Under direction of Sr. Welder and/or Lead Welder, employee may operate automatic and semi-automatic weld equipment, including: Jetline, spotweld and aluminum welding equipment.
• Setup, fit-up, position, align clamp, bolt, and tack-weld production parts for the Jetline and Acu Weld.
• Must be able to Tig Weld stainless steel and high temp alloys down to thickness of .032 in 1G
• Perform tasks as related to fit-up and finishing, incidental to the process.
• Keeps work area clean.
• Performs all other tasks as may be assigned by management.
• Pay is D.O.E and weld test if applicable.
