The Position:

In this newly created role, the Inside Sales/Lead Generation Specialist will be primarily responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to support the growth of our sales pipeline.


In this vital role you will:

  • Research, identify, and qualify new business leads using a variety of channels including online directories, social media, trade shows, and webinars
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients, introducing them to the company's products and services
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings, industry trends, and market conditions to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients
  • Track and manage lead information using our CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to hand off qualified leads and assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
  • Leverage market intelligence and government websites to search for contracts on which to submit a bid
  • Interface with multiple departments including Purchasing, Sales, Production, Shipping and Receiving, and Quality. Assist with the management of the departments daily operational activities.

Handle highly confidential, proprietary, and time-sensitive materials in a professional and discreet manner



About You:

  • At least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role
  • A passion for wearing many hats and having exposure to multiple facets of an organization
  • A great personality, confidence, and maturity
  • Excellent organization skills with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • The ability to take direction well yet can be proactive, prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • Due to the confidentiality needed for some of our customers, US Citizenship is required
