Support the quality management system program by performing inspections on product at all phases of development and manufacturing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform the quality control inspection function, including all incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections.
- Works semi-independently to perform operations under minimal
- Compliance to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adherence to CER gowning and personnel hygiene requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma and/or GED or minimum of 5+ years experience in medical device industry performing quality control inspection activities. Basic drawing and specification understanding.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts using basic math (i.e. decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
REASONING ABILITY:
Have the ability to apply common sense; Understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Ability to use measurement tools like microscopes and pin gauges and to compare measurements to documented standards.
