General Description:


Stack all boards produced by the sawmill into bundles for the dry kilns and trucks that arrive.

Responsibilities:


• Operating the stacker and tilt hoist
• Tagging and strapping packs for shipping
• Placing sticks between the layers of packs for the dry kilns
• Communicating with the forklift operators to obtain sticks as needed
• Dropping packs out of the sorter
• Waxing the ends of packs to avoid end splits
