Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking to fill the Production Associate responsible for working as a team to ensure that there is smooth running of all aspects of production. While ensuring high-quality drinks products are produced following all operating standards. The Production Associate will be responsible for following, organizing, and making sure all daily activities of the production and operations run accordingly. Be able to problem-solve in other areas as they arise. This position is working side by side with their crew.

1st & 2nd Shift
Payrate: $16/hr starting
Monday - Friday Functions / Responsibilities
  1. PRIMARY:
    1. Plans and directs plant operations.
    2. Focuses on driving safety, quality, and productivity.
    3. Adhear to develop, implement, and enforce operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue.
    4. Provides time management, and motivation to attain high levels of production and retention.
  1. SECONDARY: Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production.
    1. Create and maintain a production schedule.
    2. Find ways to reduce production costs.
    3. Implement strategies to maximize production.
    4. Making to complete workplace productivity.
    5. Working on a schedule for the production team.
    6. Communicate required materials to management for purchasing purposes.
    7. Ensuring that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
  1. Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be required to perform some physical exertion, as necessary. Also, will regularly be required to sit, stand, walk, kneel, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually low/medium. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
