Direct Mail Solutions is a full-service mail company located in Richmond, Virginia. DMS is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to manage and execute recruiting processes for all levels of employment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with all managers to recruit and retain talented individuals.
- Manage the recruitment process from the initial receipt of job requisition through the on-boarding process.
- Evaluate candidates' strengths through evaluations, screening and interviewing.
- Build effective partnerships with hiring managers in order to influence hiring decisions and serve as their primary point-of-contact through the DMS recruitment process.
- Prepare and extend employment offers to candidates.
- Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and drug testing.
- Focus on retention of work force by analyzing the turnover and conducting exit interviews.
- Create job requisitions and accurately manage candidates in the applicant tracking system.
- Attend and participate in recruiting events.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university or a minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting.
- Possess strong written and oral English and Spanish communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers is required.
- Proven ability to successfully use networking & relationship building sites to find candidates (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency with MS Office products (Word and Excel), internet search engines, and email systems.
- Ability to relate to all levels of staff.
- Adapt to differing management styles, while maintaining the integrity of Human Resources.
- Experience in a production-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate team attitude and effort.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Desire to learn in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus
The core scheduled hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Tuesday, 12:00pm-8:30pm.
