Front Desk Associate


Job Description:


Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude. Responsibilities:


  • Service Excellence - Provide members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results.
  • Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Facility Excellence - Ensure that facilitys equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards.
  • Answer and Returning phone calls
  • Filling out paperwork and documents for prospective and active members.
Qualifications:


  • Must be able to lift in excess of 45lbs without difficulty
  • Must not have physical limitations that prevent from cleaning facility and or restocking weights
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time without issue.
  • Work well under pressure
Requirements


  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
  • Desire for longevity
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great sense of humor
  • Must be very coachable
  • Must be able to instruct others on the Snap Fitness training techniques in order to help clients achieve their fitness goals
  • Available to work Monday-Friday 1pm-8pm, and every other Saturday 10am-3pm
