DAILY SNAPSHOT

 

  • Oversee our construction projects by planning, scheduling, and coordinating the details for each project
  • Manage project timelines – from kick-off to completion and ensure deliverables are met on-time and within budget
  • Gives weekly project status and material inventory updates to leadership
  • Establish relationships with construction site personnel through clear communication with contractors and subcontractors
  • Ensure completion and retention of project records, including forms, permits, commissioning, etc.
  • Use follow-up skills to ensure clients, internal team and suppliers / subcontractors are all working off the same set of expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and hazards associated with the construction process.
    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • You have at least 5+ years project and construction management experience with a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field. This experience includes planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • You have your Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) – this is preferred
  • You are super organized and able to meet different project deadlines while multi-tasking
  • You are self-driven, motivated, and always looking for your next challenge.
  • You’re someone who thinks strategically. You’re excited about the opportunity to take the status quo as just a starting point, then implement best practices and continually innovate.
