Job Summary:

The Mitigation Project Manager in the emergency mitigation department has the overall responsibility for the direction of workers performing emergency service mitigation and restoration according to the specifications that have been determined within the customer contract and scope of work on a project level. Your mission is to give our customers the best experience they've ever had. You do this by communicating proactively to the customer- letting them know that if they have questions, you are available to them. Check-in with the customer to give status updates. This is a crucial part of the job as it allows you to complete the job while earning a 5-star review. He/she is responsible for supervising work being performed per the standards and procedures established by the Company. The Mitigation Project Manager is responsible for the quality of each assigned job and the duration required for completion. He/she is accountable for all necessary paperwork and documentation pertinent to the completion of each task and ensures the satisfaction of the customer.

Essential Job Duties:

• Understand and promote the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Company

• Understand and promote the systems, processes, and procedures used by the company

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude and appearance at all times

• Use good decision-making practices in doing what is right for the Company in all situations Education and Experience:

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in similar or related restoration activities

• High school diploma or GED

• Knowledge of proper usage of tools and materials utilized for assigned restoration

• Established willingness and cooperation with co-workers to work as a team
