Responsibilities:

1. HRIS System Set-up and Maintenance:
   • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS systems.
   • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, troubleshoot system issues, and provide end-user support.
2. Market Salary Analysis:
   • Conduct regular market research and analysis to determine competitive salary ranges for various positions.
   • Collaborate with the Senior HR professional to develop and update the organization's compensation strategy.
3. Support for Senior HR Role:
   • Collaborate with the Senior HR professional on various HR initiatives, projects, and programs.
   • Assist in employee relations, performance management, and talent development activities.
4. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
   • Support payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
   • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and problem resolution.
5. Compliance:
   • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
   • Support the Senior HR professional in conducting audits and implementing compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience or coursework in HRIS system administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market salary analysis.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Reporting Structure:

The Junior HR Specialist will report directly to the Senior HR professional and work closely with the broader Human Resources team.
