Leasing Agent – The Emery Apartments

Job Summary for Leasing Agent

We are looking for an experienced weekend Leasing Agent for a 74-unit luxury apartment building in Farmington, MN. The Emery Apartments is currently under construction and will be opening November 1, 2024. We have a model unit opening 7/1/24, at that time we are looking to start with onsite leasing.

Responsibilities and Duties of Leasing Agent

-Answer incoming calls professionally

-Assist with marketing the property and generating traffic leads

-Outreach to prospective tenants

-Show & lease apartments

-Help prospects find the right apartment home

-Interact with residents & take work orders

-Follow up on apartment leads

-Assist with Move ins and Move outs & maintain resident files

-Other duties as assigned by property/resident manager

-Yardi experience is preferred, but not required

Qualifications and Skills of Leasing Agent

-Leasing Experience Required or Excellent Customer Service skills

-Organized & Punctual

Weekend Hours (Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

$20/hour, plus commission on leases
