Duration: 14-week contract, with potential for extensions

Pay Rate: $19.39/hr (local rate)

Hours: Full-time, 7p-7a shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Position Summary:
Are you passionate about providing compassionate care to those in need?We're seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our team in Lebanon, NH. As a CNA/LNA, you'll work under the guidance of licensed nurses to deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and the satisfaction of our patients and their families. Your role will adhere to the highest standards of practice set forth by your certification, encompassing various patient care tasks and non-professional services crucial to maintaining patient comfort and well-being.Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Patient Care:
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), maintaining their safety and comfort.
Record vital signs and weights according to protocol.
Aid patients in ambulation, transfers, and positioning for optimal comfort and alignment.
Apply adaptive equipment as necessary, ensuring patients' needs are met.
Support physicians and licensed nurses during treatments and procedures.
Environmental Maintenance:
Prepare and maintain both occupied and unoccupied beds.
Accompany patients during external appointments as requested.
Facilitate patient readiness for scheduled rehabilitation therapy and assist with patient transportation to the rehab area.Administrative Duties:
Ensure accurate patient identification and promptly notify licensed nurses of any discrepancies.
Contribute to the care planning process and execute care plans effectively.
Perform skin care treatments within the scope of state regulations.
Qualifications: Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
CPR certification (preferred).
Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
