Responsibilities:


  1. Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and more.
  2. Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to ensure the longevity of appliances.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to explain the diagnosis, repair options, and provide cost estimates.
  4. Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used, time spent, and services performed.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in appliance technology.

Requirements:


  1. Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician.
  2. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in repairing a range of appliances.
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  5. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
