RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the construction loan draw process and oversee accounts receivables/payables.
Collaborate with the Development Team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
Lead weekly AP meetings and contribute to the financial management of multiple large-scale projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
10+ years' accounting experience in residential real estate and/or construction industry.
Public accounting background
Strong analytical skills.
Strong organizational & communication skills.
This position is 100% onsite. Candidates local to the Philadelphia area, or willing to relocate to the area only, please.
