Position Summary: Drives truck with a capacity of more than three tons, transports materials to and from specified locations by performing the following duties:

  • Makes deliveries and pickups while in communication with dispatchers.
  • Maintains electronic truck log and performs pre-trip and post trip inspections according to state and federal regulations and company policy.
  • Review all paperwork and load manifest for accuracy as required.
  • Communicates with dispatch any mechanical issues and assists with repairs when possible.
  • Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Must have one year of recent commercial driving experience.
  • All applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Valid CDL Class A Driver License with a clean 10-year DMV record, must provide K4
  • Must be able to successfully pass drug/physical and background screening
  • Hazmat and Doubles/Triples Endorsements preferred
  • No Restrictions preferred
  • Physical requirements; while performing the duties of the job is to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, carry and manipulate large and heavy items.
