  • Gather and document all business, technical, and process requirements from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Analyze and develop an understanding of current and future state processes to ensure that key resources understand the context and implications of change.
  • Conduct reviews and gather approvals of requirements and processes.
Business Analyst Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Active Directory.
  • Experience documenting requirements and establishing mature processes (preferred).
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to gather and document business, technical, and process requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand current and future state processes.
  • Ability to conduct reviews and gather approvals from stakeholders.
