SeKON is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our talented and innovative team supporting the Defense Healthcare Agency (DHA). The mission lifecycle of DHA is to deploy the largest global electronic health record system across the entire Department of Defense (DoD) community. We are looking for a strong candidate to support the deployment of this critical system to our military community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage overall health of project by monitoring and managing assigned product activities which include design, development, testing, integration implementation, and sustainment.
- Coordinate, participate in and facilitate meetings, capture meeting summaries and action items.
- Perform a broad range of supportive administrative responsibilities to assist clients and team members.
- Serves as primary customer interface and advocate, affording cross- functional technical and relationship management
- Gathers and documents requirements, providing expertise to anticipate and resolve potential issues with design
- Experience working in Agile teams and using Agile framework in development
- Ability to apply a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data processes/flows and concepts to implement frameworks, processes, controls, models, and solutions to ensure data is effectively managed across the organization
- Provide MHS GENESIS and legacy system support in data workflow, data structures, system interoperability, and data interchange
- Develop Entity Relationship Diagrams and review vendor-provided Interface Control Documentation (ICD)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Active Public Trust clearance required.
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred.
- CompTIA Security+ certification required.
- Recent experience with system interoperability and data analysis for Cerner Millennium
- Familiarity using HL7
- Strong consulting and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across fast-paced and dynamic teams and at various levels of leadership.
- Strong understanding of Joint Health Service Support or Defense Health Agency processes.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to present effectively to senior government officials.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with customers and program office members in a multi-vendor environment.
- Experience in customer service and relationship management.
- Willingness to serve in various ad hoc roles, including contributing to proposal efforts and participating in hiring processes.
