Empire Heating and Air Conditioning is scouting a full-time Experienced Service Technician - HVAC Foreman to save the day for our clients by installing or troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing their heating and cooling systems in the Decatur, GA area. We are proud to provide the BEST pay in the region which includes a base pay (depending on experience), with an uncapped commission-based earning potential. ABOUT EMPIRE HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

We have been serving the Metro Atlanta area since 1985. We service, install, and repair all makes and models of heating and air conditioning equipment including boilers, hydronic heating, heat pumps, and water heaters. Our mission is to establish long-term relationships with our clients and deliver reliable HVAC solutions that are energy-saving and suited to each individual home or business. We are a 12-year recipient of the Angie's List Super Service Award and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

SCHEDULE

This position works Monday-Friday 8a-6p with rotating Saturdays.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Necessary HVAC experience and certifications
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Can physically lift up to 50lbs as well as perform typical job-related tasks associated with servicing and installing heating/air conditioning equipment
  • Excellent leadership qualities
