Job Description

Job Description Summary

  • Installs new HVAC units in new construction for modular multi-family homes.
  • Installs ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC system.
  • Installs various types of HVAC systems such as PTAC, heat pumps, ERV
  • Complies with company and industry safety standards.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • 3 positions open- Some experience, to highly experienced candidates all welcome to apply.

Pay Range: $25 - 36 per hour DOE

Qualifications

About you

  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Minimum 1 year working directly with HVAC systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment preferred.
  • Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints desired.
  • Ability to use power and hand tools.
  • Ability to learn, retain knowledge and follow instructions.
  • Excellent mechanical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a work crew
  • Be physically able to perform various job site tasks as well as lifting equipment and walking & standing most of the workday
