Position: IT Support

Location: 6405 Inducon Dr West, Sanborn, NY 14132

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, Monday - Friday

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level IT Support specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in the IT field. As an Entry Level IT Support, you will provide technical assistance and support to our staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with IT-related projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
Assist with IT-related projects, including system upgrades and migrations
Document and track support tickets using our ticketing system
Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interest in IT and technology
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in IT support or customer service is a plus, but not required
