Roles and Responsibilities
-Training, managing, and coaching of sales team
-Routinely track KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure Sales Team is meeting and exceeding expectations
-Track KPIs by individual sales rep and team.
1. Close Rate
2. Average Sale
3. Pitch Rate
4. Gross Sales to Net Sales (by percent and volume)
5. Dollar per Issued Appointment
As well as Team and Individual weekly, monthly, year to date volume.
-Hold weekly Sales Team meetings and trainings.
-Shadow Sales Team on appointments to coach and train
-Recruit, train, and retain Sales Team
-Create and develop sales presentations for gutters, gutter guards, windows, doors, roofing, and other products.
-Help with development of Sales Commission Structure
-Define Sales Team roles and responsibilities
-Work with Installation team to ensure accurate and timely installation of products
-Manage customer expectations by working closely with Installation and Sales Teams
-Assist in bringing on new products and developing new strategies to sell those products
-Attend manufacturer and distributor trainings to learn about new products in order to add them to product line
-Give insight on marketing strategy and assist in marketing efforts to generate leads
-Assist in hiring, training, and retaining Marketing Team
