VISH Consulting Services INC is looking for a LPN in Geneva, NY. Please find the details below.

Start Date: ASAP within 3 weeks of Interview.
Role: LPN
Contract: 13 weeks Possible Extension
Tentative Hours/Week: 40 (5*8).
Shift: Days/Evenings Shift with EOW/Holiday required

Requirement:

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience.
LPN License of NY, BLS (AHA)

Pay Rate:
Regular (For Local Resident or Non-Traveler): $43.80/Hour
Blended (For Traveler): $46.88/Hour

Weekly Gross Package based on Tentative Hours:
For Local Resident or Non-Traveler: $1752/Week as W2 Pay (Taxable)
For Traveler: $1875.2/week

Responsibilities:

  • The Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the client.
  • The Licensed Practical Nurse prescribes coordinates and delegates nursing care utilizing the nursing process which is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care.
  • The Licensed Practical Nurse is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit.
  • Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
  • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts.
