Compensation:$8 - $10 hourly + tips
Responsibilities:- Manage the bar efficiently and safely, ensuring all necessary supplies and ingredients are readily available
- Create innovative cocktail recipes and seasonal menus for customers to enjoy
- Serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and courteously
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff members to maintain high customer service standards
- Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and secure all cash throughout each shift
- Must have exceptional customer service abilities
- Demonstrated experience in bartending is required
- Availability must include nights and weekends
- Familiarity with state and local liquor regulations is essential
