Summary

Are you enthusiastic about working with young children? Come and work at Pumpkin Patch Preschool

Pumpkin Patch, located in Stoughton, WI, is looking for a morning float teacher to work in both our 4K and 3K classrooms, 18 hours per week for 4.5-hour shifts between 7:30am-12:00pm, Monday-Thursday. We are seeking creative, flexible, self-driven individuals who work well with children and work cooperatively with other staff.The candidate would be responsible for providing reliable, stable, caring, and nurturing care for children.


Duties

  • Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
  • Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
  • Ensure a healthy classroom environment – including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children.


Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
  • High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents)
  • Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
  • Requirements include the ability to take frequent walks, talk to and hear voices at many levels. May also be required to kneel, bend, squat or crawl.
