Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of two years’ experience working in case management, utilization review with at least one of those years of experience working with economically disadvantaged, vulnerable or at-risk youth and/or adults.

The Case Manager for Camber Children's Mental Health is responsible for management of clients’ care and will participate on a multi-disciplinary internal staff team. This position will ensure accuracy with utilization review, care management, discharge planning and other client specific data and maintain good rapport and working relationships with external agencies. Additionally, the Case Manager will assist the therapists with the collection and dissemination of information to families throughout the clients’ hospitalization. The Case Manager will be responsible for information flow for the internal treatment team including therapist, doctors and externally to the mental health liaison, parents and other relevant members of the treatment team. This job is one that requires much attention to detail, strong time management and interpersonal skills along with someone who is self-motivated and reliable. The Case Manager coordinates parental involvement and communication as well as, linkages to community resources.
