We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Napleton Auto Werks of Indiana. As the Automotive Service Advisor for our Mercedes Benz/Volvo division, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers coming in for service or repairs
- Greet customers and provide a warm and friendly welcome
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on customer's needs and vehicle requirements
- Provide estimates for labor and parts, and inform customers of any potential additional work that may be required
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure prompt and efficient repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process
- Upsell additional maintenance services and accessories
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and work towards finding a solution
- Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback
Requirements:
- Three years prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in a Mercedes Benz dealership or similar luxury brand
- Strong knowledge of automotive services and repairs
- Excellent customer service, follow up and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer concerns
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with service management software
- Valid driver's license
