Production Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor.

Job Summary: The supervisor will provide support for day-to-day operations. This includes ensuring production scheduled are followed, all employees are supported in a positive manner that supports a high level of employee morale, validate all products meet or exceed applicable quality standards, and makes sure all company policies are followed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure cost effective and timely production of finished goods.
• Execute production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate schedule execution with other departments as required.
• Maintain compliance in production with all Quality Assurance requirements.
• Aid in development of new processes and assist continuous improvement projects.
• Provide operational and technical support for process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with managing safety programs in the plant.
• Ensure production employees are properly trained and meet company expectations.

Requirements:

• Experience in electronics or the test equipment field.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Detail Oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Authorization to work in US.
