The Cleary Company is currently seeking an experienced Tile Installation subcontractor to collaborate with us on our remodeling projects. As a leader in the residential remodeling industry, we pride ourselves on delivering a high level of craftsmanship and an excellent Client Experience. Applicants would be a Subcontractor for The Cleary Company Team

Requirements:
  1. Experience: We are looking for subcontractors with a proven track record of successfully completing tile installation work on remodeling projects.
  2. Training & Experience: Subcontractors should be familiar with and have experience installing the Schluter waterproofing system. Anyone with actual Schluter training is a plus.
  3. Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential qualities we seek in our subcontractors. Timely completion of projects and responsiveness to communication are crucial.
  4. Quality Workmanship: We prioritize attention to detail and precision in all aspects of our projects. Subcontractors must demonstrate a commitment to delivering superior quality workmanship.
  5. Professionalism: We expect subcontractors to maintain a professional demeanor and uphold our company's reputation for excellence while interacting with clients and team members.
