Role Overview:
The Technician - Shipping / Receiving is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of shipping and receiving tasks while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires a strong knowledge of equipment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional conduct.

Customer Service:
Warmly welcome customers, model our professional, service-oriented culture, and provide the highest quality service and product knowledge.
Inventory Coordination:
Lead the team in ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality, Performance, and Growth standards.
Utilize 15 years of equipment knowledge in a related field to manage inventory effectively.
Professional Conduct:
Represent Bulldog Services LLP professionally, upholding our motto, “Restoring Principles & Integrity One Connection at a Time.”
Interpersonal Skills:
Handle challenging situations and overcome obstacles in a high stress setting.
Quality Responsibilities:
Continual Improvement:
Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to meet API Q1/ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Adhere to the Quality Policy and procedures and contribute to meeting Quality Management System (QMS) Objectives.
Inspection and Correction:
Inspect, identify, and correct flawed equipment in a timely manner based on written procedures.
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Documentation Responsibilities:
Documentation:
Accurately and honestly complete and submit daily paperwork (e.g., JSA, Safety Docs, FST, FNCR, REQ, Timecards) within the required timeframe.
Report any procedural noncompliance immediately to the Supervisor or HR.
Labeling:
Properly label or stamp equipment according to company guidelines.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
Asset Management:
Inventory, maintain, and log all assets, including department tooling, vehicles, and related items.
Communication Responsibilities:
Team Interaction:
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and the community, both in writing and verbally.
Assist other team members with daily activities and tasks as approved by management.
Safety Responsibilities:

Perform job duties safely with the objective of achieving 100% accident free and incident free performance.

Physical Requirements:
Work Environment:
Spend work time in the yard and shop environment
Frequently stand and lift equipment, adhering to company safety manual guidelines (maximum 50 lbs).
Other Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation:
Operate forklifts (certification required), overhead cranes, and testing equipment in accordance with current training and the Bulldog Services Safety Manual.
Dress Code:
Wear appropriate clothing in line with business standards.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by BDS and comply with OSHA regulations.
Safety Guidelines:
Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety guidelines, both posted and outlined in the BDS safety manual.
Hours of Operation:
On Call Schedule: This position requires 24/7 availability during on call scheduled days, Monday through Sunday.
Regular Hours:
Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of extended hours depending on workload. Complete pertinent duties by the close of business if possible.
