Summary/Objective:

Under general supervision, the Spray Painter performs specialized painting on medium to large plastic injection molded products; performs inspections, clean ups, storage, and disposal of paint products; and operates various tools and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Spray paint plastic parts in a controlled environment.
  • Mix paints and cure accelerators.
  • Utilize cleaning solutions to prepare surfaces.
  • Clean spray equipment and maintain paint booth.
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and experience required for the role.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ related work experience a plus.
  • Fundamental knowledge of concepts in spray-paint procedures.
  • Industrial or automotive spray-painting experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to details, able to multi-task.
Must be punctual and dependable, able to work with little supervision.
3:00pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday
