We currently have an opening for a therapy assistant position to join our winning team and help people get well, have fun, and feel proud at the end of your day.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Therapy assistant, your role will be pivotal in assisting our chiropractors and supporting the overall functioning of our clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean and well-maintained for patient comfort and safety.
- Assisting patients with therapeutic exercises and stretches, providing guidance on proper techniques and form.
- Administering therapies and treatments as directed by chiropractors, such as spinal decompression, hot and cold therapy, and traction.
- Supporting patients during spinal decompression sessions and monitoring their progress and comfort.
- Educating patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and therapies, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Collaborating with the chiropractic team to develop personalized treatment plans and ensuring patient progress is tracked effectively.
- Managing inventory and ensuring all therapy equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Upholding strict confidentiality and privacy protocols regarding patient information.
This position requires a dedicated team player who want a career and the ability to grow both personally and professionally. A X-ray tech license is a plus but not a must.
