Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Combo Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in various welding techniques and have experience in multiple welding processes, including but not limited to Stick, MIG, TIG, and Flux Core. The Combo Welder will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications to produce high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements.
  • Perform various welding techniques, including Stick, MIG, TIG, and Flux Core, on various metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components using welding equipment.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure welded components meet company and industry standards.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Combo Welder or similar role.
  • Proficiency in various welding techniques, including Stick, MIG, TIG, and Flux Core.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Welding Certification) are a plus.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform welding tasks in various positions and environments.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
