We are seeking a full time Corporate Recruiter to support the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP). This position is full time in the office. The right candidate will not only recruit qualified candidates for our different service areas, but will also believe in, and support DOCS Health’s mission in the many communities we serve.

Responsibilities:
- Attract and hire qualified candidates for open positions
- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies that align with the DOCS Health's goals and objectives.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other methods.
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position and company culture.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the ATS.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Participating in career fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on recruiting processes and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. Will consider recruiting, sales or military experience in lieu of education.
- They should have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting or sales, preferably in a corporate or healthcare environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
- Corporate Recruiters must have a thorough understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- They should be knowledgeable about applicable labor laws and regulations, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software is also important.
- Ability to travel overnight up to 10% of the time as needed.
