The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes and activities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate warranty policies and procedures, setting consistent expectations with homebuyers, teammates, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Meet with homebuyers to review warranty items, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Prepare weekly warranty and punch list tracking sheets, updating homebuyers on the status.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of suppliers and trades.
  • Conduct homeowner walkthroughs as needed.
  • Establish and adhere to specific goals for communicating timelines regarding warranty requests and their completion.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction experience.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge of residential construction practices, regulations, codes, and safety.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple job sites.
