Position: Front Desk Associate

Stretch Zone St. Augustine is hiring for an organized, dynamic Front Desk Associate to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the studio's main entrance lobby desk area. You will be the face and "voice" of the company for all visitors and clients as you strive to make the very best first impression. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Competence in dealing with complaints and providing information with a five-star customer-service approach are essential.
The goal is to make visitors and clients feel comfortable and valued while on our premises or when communicating by phone. The front desk associate is a key contributor to making visitors and clients have a great experience whenever they interact with Stretch Zone.

Responsibilities:
  • Greets visitors and clients
  • Answers and directs phone calls
  • Calls and confirms clients appointments daily
  • Calls all clients who are not meeting their session per week average
  • Responsible for the inventory of the store
  • The lead customer service contact for all clients and prospects
  • Monitors client sessions to ensure appointments run on time
  • Helps promote current client renewals and is directly responsible for the acquisition of new prospects via telephone and text inquiries
  • Works closely with store stretch practitioners and the management team to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients
  • Assists the team to ensure the studio is clean and organized at all times
Required knowledge and skills:
  • Must be highly motivated to success with self and others
  • Five-star approach in customer service
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate the ability to enhance administrative skills and increase Stretch Zone knowledge
  • Has a solid understanding of operations
  • Must be a team player
Shift and Schedule:
  • Monday thru Friday
  • Evenings as needed
  • Saturdays as needed
  • Will consider a part time or full time associate depending on studio needs.
